Openair-Plasma® technology is a leading procedure for pretreating profiles and molded parts madeof plastic, aluminum, and EPDM
features
- Plasma profile treatment during extrusion prepares plastics and elastomers for subsequent coating, wrapping, flocking, application of tapes, or two - component extrusion. The Open air® plasma process is used to clean and activate the substrate material. The targeted, concentrated plasma jet, movable nozzle heads, and inline integration on robot arms makes it easy to pretreat even complex profiles.
- Openair® profile treatment system s are usually equipped with 4, 8, 12, or 16 plasma nozzles and can easily be integrated into an existing production line.
